Return Policy

At Radian Motors, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every vehicle is accurately represented and delivered in the condition agreed upon. Please read our Return Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions under which a return or cancellation may be considered.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our business—specializing in used and classic vehicles—all sales are considered final. However, returns may be accepted under the following limited circumstances:

  • The vehicle delivered is materially different from the one purchased (e.g., incorrect VIN, wrong model, or different stock number).

  • The vehicle has undisclosed major mechanical issues that were not communicated prior to the sale and are verified by a certified mechanic within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Legal or documentation errors prevent the successful transfer of ownership.


2. Time Frame for Requests

  • Any return or cancellation request must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.


3. Condition of Vehicle

To qualify for a return:

  • The vehicle must not have been driven more than 50 additional miles from the mileage recorded at the time of sale.

  • The vehicle must not have sustained any damage, alterations, or modifications after delivery.

  • All documents, keys, and accessories provided at the time of sale must be returned.


4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following costs are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Shipping, transportation, or delivery fees.

  • Title, registration, and tax fees.

  • Inspection or third-party evaluation costs.


5. Refund Process

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the vehicle is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for purchase, minus applicable deductions.


6. Transportation of Returns

  • The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the vehicle to Radian Motors, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


7. No Warranty Disclaimer

All vehicles are sold “As-Is, Where-Is”, with no express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Extended warranties, if purchased, are subject to their own terms and conditions.
